DELIVERYWhere the order is to be delivered to an Australian address via Standard Shipping, FRENCHIE will:
- Use reasonable endeavors to deliver the order within 5 working days (Monday – Friday, excluding official public holidays) from the date the order was submitted by you
- For orders delivered to Western Australia and the Northern Territory: Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.
- Please note FRENCHIE reserves the right to cancel and refund orders that are destined for delivery to known freight forwarding addresses.
Where the order is to be delivered to an Australian address via Express Shipping, FRENCHIE will:
- Use reasonable endeavours to deliver the order within three working days (Monday – Friday, excluding official public holidays) from the date the order was submitted by you.
Where the order is to be delivered to an International address via Standard International Shipping, delivery timeframe is 8+ working days (Monday – Friday, excluding official public holidays). This excludes any time in customs and delays due to reasons outside of Australia Post’s control. Country specific delivery times are available online at auspost.com.au.
PRICES AND PAYMENTAll prices on the website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST. Prices are subject to change without notice.
The amount payable to FRENCHIE for an Order (Order Amount) will be the total of the following amounts:
a. the sum of the price of each Product ordered as indicated on the website at the time of submitting the Order (Product Subtotal);
b. the cost of delivery determined in accordance with Delivery stated above, and
c. the sum of any other fees which FRENCHIE levies from time to time and which you have agreed to pay by providing your electronic consent (e.g. subscription fees).
You must pay the Order Amount by credit card, PayPal or AfterPay at the time of submitting the Order. FRENCHIE accepts Visa or Mastercard.
REFUNDS & RETURNSAll sales are final. Subject to these Terms and Conditions and applicable laws.
In the case of purchase of a physical product from the FRENCHIE website which satisfies one or more of the following cases FRENCHIE will happily arrange a refund or exchange of the product:
- The product proves faulty within 365 days of receiving the product and/or date of invoice
- You are not completely satisfied in the first 60 days with your purchase
- The product does not match its description as provided when sold
- The product received is not the product ordered
- The product has been damaged in transit
Please contact us immediately if any of the above occurs to arrange a return. Products returned without prior notice will be rejected.
Please ensure that returned products are safely packed in their original packaging. You will be responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges. We will not be held liable for damage to products incurred during return shipping.
Only items purchased on the FRENCHIE official website can be returned for refund or exchange. Items purchased in a department store, specialty retailer or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.
